Edible Oils

With our membrane systems, you can achieve cost-effective, safe, non-heat-treated purification of edible oils, by the removal of fat-soluble triglyceride impurities as well as non-triglyceride impurities including fatty acids, phospholipids, color pigments, metal complexes, sterols, waxes, carbohydrates, proteins, water, and dirt.

Our membrane processes can also achieve the separation of free fatty acids (FFAs) and triglycerides at ambient temperature and consume only a small amount of energy. This process also remains entirely chemical-free, leading to zero waste-water generation.

Our Offerings for Edible Oils

  • Triglyceride concentration
  • Clarification of Herbal extracts and fermentation broths by Micro-filtration
  • Concentration and diafiltration by UF/NF to achieve High yields and purities
  • Recovery of water from Chromatography columns/SMB columns
  • Concentration of dilute stream evaporation
