Purification of API – Impurities removal
In some pharmaceutical processes where the traditional methods for purifying / desalting of API’s does not work, our membrane can help to purify the API based on the differences in molecular sizes of the API and impurities. Product Concentration
We offer for membrane concentration process for API’s from dilute process streams where that is energy saving alternative compared to distillation. And it further add value for heat sensitive products as membrane is low temperature process. Different Membrane chemistries compatible with wide pH range 0-14 and suitable for high temperature (60-70◦C) applications available
Solvent Recovery:
We provide membranes that are compatible with different hydrophilic solvents (Ethanol/Methanol) to replace the conventional distillation. Our membranes can concentrate the dilute product/ API and recover the solvents that can be recycled back thus improving the economics.
High Purity water:
We offer complete Package systems for Purified Water Generation consisting of CSRO+ HSRO+HSEDI as per USP norms. PW & WFI Distribution Skids and Loops with Sanitary Piping & Fittings.
Effluent Treatment & Recycling
The recycling is based on Permionics membrane technology solutions along with our proprietary membranes which are suitable for high COD and BOD loads. We offer an economically viable recycling solution with recovery of 80% to 90 % Water, to be reused in the process & utilities.
