Soya Processing

We have specially designed membranes that can effectively concentrate soy protein by the removal of sugars and mineral content from soy meal (or soy flour), as well as for the deashing of soy peptides. Further, the membrane systems can also aid in the recovery of alcohols used in the production of soy concentrate and can offer significant cost savings compared to the conventional distillation process.

As an energy-efficient alternative to conventional concentration techniques such as freeze-drying, spray-drying, or evaporation, our membrane systems can bring down the costs of concentration and purification of soy proteins, while achieving protein concentrations from 70% – 95%.
